KAZIGABA ELLOY is the programs coordinator of the United Nations Association of Rwanda, assistant lecturer at Kampala University on distance learning program, member of the East African community UNA, who previously served as assistant secretary General of UNA Rwanda interim government. Earlier he worked with the Ministry of Infrastructure as an intern, worked with the Rwandan high commission In Uganda as an IT and Communications Officer. He represented Rwanda in more than 6 international conferences and debates and attended many trainings on human rights, security issues, effective advocacy and others. He has participated in different competitions and managed to get different awards as a student. He has a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Skimma Municipal University of India, and Bachelor’s in Information Technologies from Kampala International University.
Messi Therese Rudasingwa is a student at Kigali Independent University in Rwanda where she is currently pursuing a Master Degree in development studies. She also serves as an Assistant project manager at ADEV an association that helps vulnerable children around the central region of Rwanda. She is active in various youth organizations and has held different leadership positions in some of them including the Youth of the United Nations Association in Burundi. She has participated in a number of Model United Nations since 2011, mostly during her undergraduate studies in Uganda.
Currently calling Yevlakh, Azerbaijan her home as a Peace Corps Volunteer, Rebecca Rowe is an American from the great state of Minnesota. She completed university in 2011 with a major in anthropology and focus upon human rights studies. Time abroad in Tanzania, travel throughout the United States, and interaction and experiences in her own backyard as a youth and while an undergraduate student in Georgia cultivated in Rebecca a spirit of continually questioning and seeking to understand the world in which she lives. This inquisitive young woman looks forward to serving as a delegate for the Republic of Rwanda in the 1st International Model UN Security Council Conference and utilizing the knowledge she gains to more effectively collaborate with and serve the people of Azerbaijan.
